GeoVa
Οι μαθητές έπρεπε να γράψουν μία ιστορία που ν' αρχίζει με την εξής πρόταση: "George was in the kitchen, getting a glass of orange juice, when he saw something very strange in the garden". Είναι η πρώτη μου φορά που γράφω ιστορία στ' αγγλικά (κι επειδή είναι λίγο ε.φ. αποφάσισα να την ανεβάσω κι εδώ!)! The Planet George was in the kitchen, getting a glass of orange juice, when he saw something very strange in the garden. The door that led to the garden was wide open, and he could clearly see a really weird combination of colors, a blend of red, green, blue and purple. The colors were flying to the air, moving to and fro, making George dizzy. Although he was willing to follow these colors, he did not; because a loud noise was heard, and George was sure that it was coming from upstairs. Thus, George, almost running, left the kitchen and started climbing the stairs. When he reached the first floor, he tried to calm and find the source of the sound. He realized that the disturbing sound was coming from his bedroom. He panicked. His heart was beating so fast, that he thought it would explode. Instead of shouting at his parents for help (because he knew that they were not at home) he crossed the corridor and opened the door. He screamed when he saw a couple of strange beings jumping on his bed. They had a very peculiar shape and their skin was green. “Oh, oh, no!” he shouted. “You’re aliens, aren’t you?” One of the beings nodded. “You’ll come with us!” the alien said. “We’re waiting for you all time! Your parents are already on our spacecraft.” “WHAT?” the 10-year-old boy screamed. “Calm down,” the other alien said. “George…” “How do you know my name?” George asked. “Calm down, George, calm down. You must go with us! Everyone’s awaiting you in our Planet!” “But, but…” A soft voice came from an odd device, and George thought that it was an alien-telephone or something. “George, George,” the voice said. “Oh! Dad, dad, can you hear me? Where are you?” “George, you must follow our relatives!” “Our… what?” George asked. He could not think that these horrific creatures were relatives of his family. “Well?” the alien said. “Will you come with us?” The boy nodded, although at first he was unwilling. The two aliens jumped out of the window. And so did George. Then, he realized that he could touch the colors, those beautiful but weird colors. The only thing did he not realize was that these colors was the spacecraft itself! “Wow!” George said. “Mom, hey, mom!” George approached his mother. “What are all those things? What’s happening?” “Shhh!” his mother told him. “When we reach The Planet, I’ll explain to you whatever you want to learn.” And they traveled to The Planet, a wonderful planet, which was similar to the Earth but completely different at the same time, and there they stayed until the end of their lives. George’s mother explained to him that her great-great-grandfather was of Alien descent, despite she and her son have not any similarity with aliens. And they lived happily ever after. Cassandra Gotha
Η τελευταία φράση πολύ καλή! (Ανταμοίβει για την γκαντεμιά του να τον πάρουν εξωγήινοι μαζί με τους γονείς του. ) Εδώ γέλασα: “How do you know my name?” George asked. ΑΥΤΟ βρήκε να ρωτήσει τέτοιες ώρες;
TheTregorian
GeoVa
