UNLOCKING THE UNIVERSE, A SHORT COLLECTION- PART ONE

Αριθμός Στίχων: Μιας και η συλλογή αποτελείται περίπου από 20 ποιήματα, αποφάσισα να τα δημοσιεύω ανά μέρη
Σχόλια: Πρέπει να πω ότι πολλά ποιήματα της συλλογής είναι τα πρώτα μου, και περιλαμβάνουν πολλά στοιχεία που με χαρακτηρίζουν σαν άνθρωπο και σαν πνέυμα.  Αισθάνομαι ότι η ποίηση με εκφράζει λίγο πιο εύκολα από τα πεζά, μιας και μου δίνεται η δυνατότητα να συνδυάζω διάφορα θέματα με ποικίλους τρόπους, κάτι που σε ένα πεζό δεν είναι τόσο εύκολο (τουλάχιστον για εμένα). 

 

"FALLING"

 

 

Falling

For you

Seems like

Rockets

Piercing

The night sky

And leaving traces

Of colored stardust.

 

Each time

You hint a smile

A supernova explodes

Inside me

And burns my heart

Into beautiful, red ashes.

 

I love

How your universe crashes

And reshapes me again

Into a fragile work of art.

 

 

"COLLECTING ASH"

 

When I saw you

Collecting ash

Under the dying sun

I realized

That love was never meant

To collapse in colors

Of yellow and gray

But I forgot

That we could never

Escape fate.

 

We were always written in the stars.

 

 

"WEDDING VOWS"

 

Yes,

I promise to swallow

Dying stars

And rotten galaxies.

Yes,

I pledge to inhale

Fallen angel dust

And corrupted light.

 

I never wanted

Anything more

Than defying loudly

The endless night.

 

 

"THE MAP"

 

Every night

I stiched up

The map

To guide me

Back to your galaxy.

Every night

The needle

Pinched mercilessly

My celestial hands.

 

But then,

I remembered

That I could not

Embroider

The path to your

Door,

Since stars

Like me,

Cannot seal

The voider,

 

As they're bleeding

It all.

 

 

“GIVE ME ROMANCE”

 

I dream

Of tempests

Carrying radiant rays

Of purple stars.

I search

For tidal waves

Bearing florid petals

Of our celestial dance.

 

I'll wait

At the edge of

Your universe

Wearing sunflowers

To give me romance.
