Είδος ποιήματος: ό,τι να 'ναι Αριθμός Στίχων: 71 the apple tree it was still night when you woke up you got dressed and to the edge of the city you walked what where you thinking? five to dawn freezing to death he even hadn't opened his shop yet what was it that you wanted? later on still sleepy and with his wit ever ready at hand he told you all glasses are filled in blue when time shines in the dust you looked at him for so long right in the eye till you forgot what you were doing there in the cold dressed in your best fully-blossomed dress it's life that they taste with their dried transparent lips you finally said empty-handed you went back home it hadn't shone for so long you got drunk until you shrank to dirt you fell asleep and slept like you've never slept before in your dream you saw that you grew back anew and gave birth to apples 5 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Ὡς καθηγητὴς/μεταφραστής Ἀγγλικῶν, κρίνω ὅτι τὸ γλωσσικό του ἐπίπεδο εἶναι πολὺ καλό - μ'ἄρεσαν ἰδιαιτέρως τὸ 'anew' καὶ ἡ χρήση τῶν εκφράσεων 'five to dawn' καὶ 'fully blossomed dress'!
