Rikochet
Εμπνευσμένο απο ποίημα φίλου και διάφορους ρομαντικούς ποιητές. --- “Day by day the wolf howled for her Conjuring in his mind the golden skin, The emerald eyes, the auburn hair, The slender neck and crystalline chin” The wolf slept, the raven flew Its way up high, Beyond the clouds, past the sky In Opet’s doors it stood - and rang “Such big doors…” It thought, and sang A song of welcome, for the Daughter of the moon, The raven left its message And flew back into the gloom. The wolf awoke – he was alone The raven nowhere to be seen He licked his blood and tasted sin Bathed as he was in the light sought by sky He went mooncalf, remembered fears grown Padding into the forest And lying down to die. The raven hovered, Searched for its friend; Found only bloodstains Followed them to the end: In a clearing hidden from the eye The wolf was waiting to die. “Friend, hold your breath, and know this Hear my words, for they’ll bring you bliss: To Opet I went, the city of the moon, Your words are known, I’ve sang them myself, The Daughter of the Crescent will also know soon. I’ve played my part, and my departure is nigh Wolf, hunter of hunters, for you I will cry Your love is not lost; I bid thee good-bye!” And the raven cried, Upon its most dear friend’s corpse It felt like something went wrong But knew no remorse; Spread its wings and bellowed to Heaven And sang its last goodbye. In two moons' distance The Crescent Maid would hear The Savage One’s confessions And all that he held dear Laid unto her feet She wept and cried and prepared The heart his death to greet. tec-goblin
Μμμ...

"In Opet’s doors it stood - and rang" Ό Όπετ είναι ένας κέλτικος θεός ή έτσι νομίζω; είναι ο ίδιος που έγινε και κοράκι στην κέλτικη μυθολογία; Είναι ένα πάντως δυνατό τέλος σε μια δυνατή φιλία-αγάπη απ'ότι φαίνεται! Who's The Daughter of the Crescent? Πάντως μου θύμισε και κάπως την ταινία "Ladyhawk". Η ανεκπλήρωτη αγάπη ενός γερακιού κι ενός λύκου.
