Πάει κάποιος καιρός απο τότε που το διάβασα αλλά δεν είδα κάποιο θρέντ και είπα να ανοίξω ένα με λίγες πληροφορίες. Μετά την επιτυχία του προήγουμενου βιβλίου του, το παρόν βιβλίο θα υπάρχει λογικά παντού.

 

Ένα βιβλίο για την εν μέρει καταστροφή του κόσμου απο zombies, με μαρτυρίες και συνεντεύξεις με άτομα που ήταν εμπλεκόμενα με κάποιο τρόπο στον πόλεμο, απο διάφορα μέρη του κόσμου. Αν σου αρέσουν ανάλογα υποθετικά σενάρια και τα zombies γενικότερα θα σας αρέσει, αν και κάτι που με χάλασε είναι ο ελαφρύς ''ρατσισμός'' όσον αφορά τα φανταστικά γεγονότα της κάθε χώρας. Ενώ στην Αμερική π.χ όλοι είναι ήρωες και καταφέρνουν στο τέλος να επικρατήσουν, στην Ρωσσία ο στρατός σκοτώνει πολίτες, εγκαταλείπει πολίτες και μονάδες, οι Κινεζοι μπαίνουν σε υπόγεια περάσματα και εξαφανίζονται(?) και διάφορα άλλα παρόμοια.

The tale then follows the outbreak via testimony of smugglers, intelligence officials, military personnel and many others who struggle to defeat the zombie menace. Despite its implausible premise and choppy delivery, the novel is surprisingly hard to put down. The subtle, and not so subtle, jabs at various contemporary politicians and policies are an added bonus.
